The Rural Church Pastors Network is a group of pastors from rural churches who are looking for ways to encourage each other and help each other succeed.

Our desire is to connect pastors of rural churches through Online Resources, Regional Gatherings (Clusters), occasional Training Events and Mentoring Relationships for the purpose of helping each other be the best pastors of rural churches we can possibly be. While we can learn many things from larger urban churches and their leadership, our belief is that we would do well to learn from others who are in the rural trenches with us and understand the rural church, small church, context.
